Paid Advertising Audits

Meta & Google Ads Performance Audits

An independent review of your paid advertising that measures qualified inquiries, appointments and customers rather than clicks and impressions alone.

What the audit examines

The audit follows the money. It starts at the ad account and ends where a lead either becomes a customer or quietly disappears.

We look at both Meta and Google because the two platforms usually work together. Search captures intent while social creates it. When they are measured separately it is easy to miss which one is actually producing customers.

  • Campaign structure and account organisation
  • Budget allocation and targeting
  • Conversion tracking and event accuracy
  • Creative and messaging performance
  • Landing page relevance and conversion
  • Lead quality rather than lead volume
  • CRM follow up and attribution
  • Duplicate tracking or broken events

What we measure

Clicks and impressions are inputs. They tell you what the platform delivered not what the business earned.

The audit works forward from qualified inquiries to appointments to customers to contribution. That chain is what tells you whether a campaign is building the business or just buying activity.

Where tracking is incomplete we say so plainly rather than filling the gap with an estimate that looks precise.

What the recommendations look like

Every finding is written in plain language with the reasoning behind it. Recommendations are ranked so you can see which changes are likely to move performance first and which can wait.

Where a change would require new tooling we say that too. Software is only recommended when the existing setup genuinely cannot support the fix.

What we do not claim

We do not promise lower acquisition costs or specific financial results. Advertising performance depends on your market, your offer, your capacity and your follow up.

What we deliver is an accurate picture of how your paid advertising is performing and a clear plan for improving it.

How the engagement works

01

Campaign structure review

We map how accounts, campaigns and ad sets are organised and whether that structure supports how you actually sell.

02

Budget and targeting evaluation

We check where spend concentrates and whether targeting matches the customer you want.

03

Conversion tracking verification

We confirm that the events being reported are real and that nothing is double counting or silently failing.

04

Creative and messaging analysis

We review what the creative promises and whether it attracts the right kind of inquiry.

05

Landing page conversion review

We look at where visitors land and what happens between the click and the enquiry.

06

Lead quality assessment

We compare the leads the platform claims against the leads your team actually wants to speak with.

07

CRM follow up and attribution analysis

We trace what happens after the lead arrives and how the source is credited in reporting.

08

Prioritized recommendations

We hand back a ranked list of fixes with the reasoning behind each one.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an ads audit take?

Most audits are completed within a few weeks depending on account size and how accessible your tracking and CRM data is.

Do you need access to my ad accounts?

Read access to the platforms and your analytics is the most useful starting point. Where access is limited we work from the reporting you can export.

Do you manage ads as well?

We can coordinate media and creative. The audit itself is a diagnostic piece of work and it stands on its own.

Will you recommend a larger budget?

Only if the data supports it. We do not sell media so there is no incentive to push spend upward.

Can you audit only Meta or only Google?

Yes. We audit whichever platform matters most to you though the findings are usually clearer when both are reviewed together.
