Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VYU360's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

VYU360 provides independent performance audit services, including:

  • Revenue lifecycle evaluation and performance diagnostics
  • Systems and operational oversight consulting
  • Media and demand activation strategy
  • Data-driven analysis and reporting

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to systems and data for analysis
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Implement recommended changes at your own discretion

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, reports, and materials created by VYU360 remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

VYU360 provides analysis and recommendations based on information provided by clients. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in the engagement agreement. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due.

SMS / Text Messaging Program — VYU360 Global LLC

  1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communications to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@vyu360.com / (407) 720-8778.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
